Delete account

You can delete your GONG account at any time from inside the app. This page explains how to do it and what to expect.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the GONG app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Manage account.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm deletion.

What deletion means

Deleting your account is intended to permanently remove your account and associated app data, including saved portfolio and watchlist items, holding details, notification preferences, alert settings, and account information, except for limited records we may retain for legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, backup, or other legitimate business reasons.

Once your account is deleted, please do not assume it can be recovered.

Subscriptions

Active subscriptions are managed through Apple. Deleting your GONG account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. To cancel or manage your subscription, open Apple Subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
