General support, feedback, and billing

To help us respond quickly, please include your device, operating system version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
Apple subscriptions
GONG subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed through Apple. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription in Apple Subscriptions from your Apple account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through their refund process.
Privacy requests
For privacy-related requests, such as access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, email privacy@gongapp.net.
Account deletion
You can delete your GONG account from inside the app. See Delete account for step-by-step instructions and information on what deletion means.
