GONG provides portfolio-aware market alerts, personalized news signals, summaries, and portfolio impact explanations for stocks, ETFs, and crypto assets. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence to use the Service. By using GONG, you represent that you meet this requirement.

To use GONG, you create an account using a supported sign-in method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any portfolio, watchlist, or holding information you enter into the app, including quantities, purchase prices, cost basis, and any other holding details. GONG does not verify whether portfolio entries reflect real holdings, and we do not connect to your brokerage, bank, or exchange accounts. Calculations such as estimated value, portfolio value, and gain or loss are derived from the information you provide and from market data that may be delayed or inaccurate.

GONG is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Service on behalf of any other person or organization without our written permission.

GONG is not a financial adviser. GONG does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. No content in the Service is personalized financial advice.

Portfolio-aware alerts, summaries, and portfolio impact explanations are informational only and are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before making any financial decision, you should consult a qualified professional and conduct your own research.

GONG is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, or custodian. Specifically:

• GONG does not connect to brokerage, bank, or exchange accounts.
• GONG does not execute trades or place buy or sell orders.
• GONG does not hold user funds.
• GONG does not custody assets of any kind.
• GONG does not accept deposits or process withdrawals.

Market data, news, alerts, summaries, AI-generated analysis, and portfolio-impact explanations provided through the Service may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, unavailable, or wrong.

GONG alerts are not guaranteed. A missing, delayed, incorrect, duplicated, or unavailable alert should not be relied on for trading or investment decisions. The Service itself may also be unavailable or interrupted from time to time due to maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, or events outside our control.

You should verify important information independently before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any content in the Service.

Some GONG features use AI models or automated analysis to generate summaries, signal explanations, or portfolio-impact assessments. This output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances and may not reflect current market conditions.

AI-generated content is informational only and is not financial advice. You should not rely on AI-generated content as the sole basis for any decision. Verify important information independently.

GONG may offer paid features through subscriptions such as GONG+. Subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed through your Apple account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Apple Subscriptions from your Apple account settings.
• Restore purchases may be available in the app to recover an active subscription on a new device or after reinstalling.
• Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund process.

The Service may include market data, news, and other content sourced from third parties. Third-party content may be subject to additional terms, limitations, or restrictions imposed by the relevant provider. We are not responsible for third-party content.

You agree that you will not:

• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app at Profile › Manage account › Delete account. Deletion is intended to be permanent. Some information may be retained where required or operationally necessary for legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, backup, or other legitimate business reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in activity that harms GONG, other users, or third parties.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GONG disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GONG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any reliance on alerts, summaries, AI-generated content, or portfolio impact explanations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
